Note: Every company must have a registered office at which official documents can be served (Companies Act 1985 section 287(1)) and this address should be displayed on all business letterheads and order forms of the company (section 351).

In the case of a company registered in Scotland the registered office must be located within Scotland. An English address will not be acceptable.
