be received before 10.30am in order to be formed the same day and are subject to
the Companies House database service. Formation orders received after 10.30am

by email of the progress of your order.
Your company can trade
immediately it is formed (you will get an email from us with your company
registration number/certificate and copy of the memorandum and articles of
association). It is your legal responsibility to appoint your own director/s
and secretary and we will email to you the simple form 288A in order for you to
file this immediately with Companies House.
Please note all our companies
are formed with a nominal share capital of £100 in £1 shares. If you require a
larger capital base please inform us of your requirements in the box provided on
the order form.
The important documents that will confirm your company is
formed will take up to 72 hours to reach you.
