Stirling Park LLP, Scotland’s leading revenue management and enforcement company, is expanding its operation into Aberdeen.
Having secured a major contract with Aberdeenshire Council to bring its proactive, customer-focussed approach to the Council’s debt collection, Stirling Park is now opening an Aberdeen office which will also support its growing number of legal clients in the Grampian region.
Based out of 40 Union Terrace, the new office will be staffed by service personnel and business development managers as well as the company’s qualified and experienced sheriff officers. With a sister office in Inverness, the move into Aberdeen consolidates Stirling Park’s presence in the north of Scotland and underpins its ethos for strong working relationships with its clients.
Jonathan Lewis, MD for Stirling Park, said:
“We are delighted to be establishing a permanent base in Aberdeen. Whilst we have operated in the area for many years, having a base allows us to work far more closely with our clients.
“Our list of clients in the Grampian region has been growing steadily over the past few years as our professional and ethical standards for revenue management, enforcement and diligence become more widely recognised. Now, the decision to open an Aberdeen office will allow a greater number of public, private and professional organisations access to our services and the ability to tap into our expertise.
“We have worked hard to make ours a modern, ethical 21st century business that is people-focussed, measurable and an effective business tool, by introducing innovative practice to a traditional environment. Because of this, I believe we can provide other Grampian-based organisations, which may be looking for revenue management and enforcement services, a genuine alternative to the current service provision.
“We also hope to share our knowledge and insights with other industry and business partners and believe that Stirling Park has an important part to play in the development and strengthening of the local business community.”
Part of Intrum Justitia, Europe’s largest credit management services group, Stirling Park offers a wide range of revenue management services, including debt management and collection, credit information, risk assessment, credit policy establishment and credit insurance. Having had the foresight to develop its business ahead of legislative changes including the abolition of poindings and warrant sales, the company has, in many ways, pulled the industry forward and leads the way for modern, accountable working practices.
The company now employs 130 staff across Scotland and is currently responsible for the collection and recovery of over £250 million debt each year.
